  • We’ll have a short, relaxed chat about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get from it. You can share your main concerns or goals, and we’ll explore how I can support you. For a deeper, more detailed conversation, we’ll do that in your first full session.

  • The basics to have:

    • A location in Florida (for safety and emergency purposes). Please avoid being in transit.

    • A private, comfortable space where you feel safe to share what you wish to share.

    • A device with audio and video.

    • A reliable internet connection.

  • It’s completely normal to feel nervous if you’ve never been to therapy or if you’ve had a difficult experience before. I work with both types of clients all the time.

If you’re new to therapy, I will hear out your biggest concerns and explain what therapy with me is like, so we can establish comfort to journey at your own pace.

If you tried therapy before and it didn’t feel helpful, I commend you for trying it again! It takes courage! Give us a chance to find the right connection that can be transformative, supportive, deeply meaningful, and rewarding.

  • Yes—online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, and in many ways, it can be even better:

    • Flexibility of location: You can meet from any private space in Florida.

    • No commute stress: Saves time, energy, and hassle.

    • Greater comfort and openness: Being in a familiar environment can make it easier to talk about personal topics.

    • Consistency: Weather, travel, or health issues are less likely to interrupt therapy.

    • Privacy: No waiting rooms or running into others at an office.

    • Accessibility: Helpful for people with mobility challenges, chronic illness, or limited transportation.

    • Broader choice of therapists: You aren’t limited to whoever happens to be near your zip code.

    • Saves money overall: While the session fee is the same, you save on gas, parking, childcare, and lost work time.

    • Comfort with pets or grounding tools: You can have things around you—like a blanket, journal, or pet—that help you feel calm and supported.

Getting Started with Therapy

  • I provide remote therapy only, available throughout Florida, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called SimplePractice. This allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own private space.

  • I work only with adults in individual therapy.

In certain situations, important people in your life may join a session if it’s helpful and appropriate for you, but the focus of the work remains on you and your needs.

  • At this time, I provide online therapy only for clients located in Florida, due to licensing regulations.

If you are in Florida, you can access sessions from anywhere with a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection.

  • Your first session is 75–90 minutes and gives us time to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin shaping a plan that supports your growth.

Ongoing sessions are 50–55 minutes and provide focused time to explore challenges, work toward your goals, and nurture your continued well-being.

Most clients start with weekly sessions to gain momentum, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs, comfort level, and schedule.

  • All sessions are conducted online through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Here’s how it works:

    1. Scheduling Together: We choose a session time together that works for you. Once the time is confirmed, SimplePractice automatically sends you a confirmation email or text.

    2. Reminders: SimplePractice will also send reminders before each session so you don’t forget.

    3. Preparing: Before your session, make sure you have a private, quiet space where you feel safe to talk openly. Use a device with a camera and microphone—this can be a computer, tablet, or smartphone—and a stable internet connection.

    4. Joining the Session: By the scheduled time, click the session link from your email. SimplePractice opens in your browser—no downloads are usually required.

    5. Payment: Sessions are processed at the time of scheduling through SimplePractice. Prepaying ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to focus fully on your growth during our time together.

Logistics & Sessions

  • Therapy isn’t only about solving problems or getting through difficult times—it’s about connecting with who you truly are. It gives you space to reflect on your life, experiences, and emotions in a way that deepens self-understanding and helps you see the bigger picture.

My approach is soul-centered. I work from the perspective that your soul has pre-arranged and agreed to certain experiences, challenges, and relationships to support your growth. When we view life this way, struggles can begin to feel less like obstacles or punishments, and more like opportunities for empowerment and alignment.

At the same time, honoring your soul’s path doesn’t mean rushing past the pain of difficult experiences. We begin by meeting the real pain and difficulty with care. Growth unfolds in its own time, and our work follows the natural sequence of readiness—so you feel supported, not pushed. The goal is to help you tune in more deeply to yourself, clarify what truly matters, and move toward a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and empowered.

  • No, soul-centered therapy is not tied to any specific religion. While I deeply respect all faith traditions, this work is grounded in a broader, inclusive framework that goes beyond any one belief system.

Soul-centered therapy honors the unique spiritual background of each person, and if you follow a particular religion, those values can absolutely be incorporated into our work together—if and when it feels supportive to you.

  • I offer soul-centered therapy that combines practical tools with emotional support. I help clients process grief, loss, and major life changes, such as death or anticipated death, the end of a relationship, aging, identity transitions, or other personal challenges, in a way that feels safe and meaningful.

  • My approach is guided entirely by each client’s needs and openness. I honor that every grief journey and life transition is unique, giving you the time and space you need.

Some clients are open to exploring spirituality, connecting with loved ones who have passed, explore their dreams, or understanding life from a soul-centered perspective, while others prefer a more grounded approach—and I meet you where you are. We process your experiences and navigate transitions as sacred spaces for growth, rather than problems to fix.

  • I specialize in grief, loss, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I support clients coping with endings, changes, existential questions, and the emotional impact of life events, helping them regain clarity and a sense of direction.

About Me & My Approach

  • I can help you with:

    • Grief after your human loved one has died.

    • Grief after your pet loved one has died.

    • Feelings about your own mortality.

    • The worry and sadness that occur with knowing a loss is coming.

    • Big life changes, like the end of a relationship, changes in health or aging, career shifts, or questions about identity.

    • The “limbo” state where you feel like your life is in shambles and you don’t know how to move forward.

  • Yes! Life changes can leave you feeling disoriented or unsure of what comes next. Therapy gives you a steady place to sort through those feelings, understand what’s holding you back, and take steps toward movement and clarity.

  • Absolutely! The pain of grief is worth sharing. Loss shows up in many forms—not just the obvious ones. Changes in relationships, health, identity, or life plans can all bring grief. If it’s weighing on you, it deserves to be witnessed.

  • We can explore questions about life, meaning, purpose, beliefs, or identity—there are no limits to where our conversations can go. Using a soul-centered perspective, we look at your experiences within a larger context, helping you see them in a more empowering light while staying grounded in what matters most to you.

Grief & Life Transitions Therapy

  • First Session: $200 (75-90 minutes)

    Ongoing Sessions: $150 (50-55 minutes)

  • I work on a self-pay basis rather than through insurance, which many clients find beneficial. This approach allows full privacy, flexible scheduling, and sessions tailored entirely to your needs. We can explore topics and approaches freely, choose session length and frequency that truly serve you, and move at your own pace without waiting for approvals or being limited by insurance restrictions. It keeps the focus fully on your growth, healing, and the work we do together.

  • Even if your insurance doesn’t cover therapy, you can still work with me on a self-pay basis. For clients with financial considerations, one way to make therapy manageable is by adjusting the frequency of sessions—such as meeting every other week instead of weekly—while still maintaining consistent support. This allows you to prioritize therapy in a way that fits your budget, without compromising the continuity or quality of our work together.

  • I understand that therapy can be a financial commitment, and I honor that this may be challenging for some. At this time, I do not offer a sliding scale. I aim to be transparent about fees upfront so that clients know what to expect, and so we can focus fully on your work together during each session.

Costs & Insurance

  • Absolutely! Everything you share with me in online therapy is kept confidential, just as it would be in a traditional in-person setting. I use SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for therapy, so your sessions and personal information remain private.

  • What you share in therapy is private. The only exceptions, as required by Florida law, are if there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, or if there’s a serious risk of harm to yourself or others—then I must take steps to protect safety.
