I’m a licensed psychotherapist and Spiritually Integrated Therapist. I’m also a deep thinker and sensitive soul myself, and I know what it’s like to grieve, question everything, transform, and rebuild.
My work is shaped by more than a decade of clinical experience and by my own experiences with profound losses, spiritual transformation, and many major life changes.
My sacred bond with my cockatiel, Shooky, is also why pet loss and the deep relationships we have with animals are so personal to me.
